Creating the Vision

"Life begins at the EDGE of your comfort zone".. This is a well known phrase that many profound and esteemed leaders have offered out to those that are willing to listen. And with this comes the DESIRE to expand, increase and acknowledge that Life itself is limitless. Opening ourselves to the infinite abundance available often require us to leave what's comfortable in favor of what we truly love!

While reading the famous book "The Science of Getting Rich", by Wattles it's clear that if we understand that the Universe is composed of thinking stuff and by creating an image in our minds we can manifest our thoughts through holding the thought in faith and with purpose while being grateful. If we think about every single thing in the Universe and understand elements like Nature had to have been thought about first and then manifested, look at what WE can accomplish with our own thoughts!

Having just left an occupation that for a number of years was rewarding in ways other than just financially, I am taking a deep look into what it is I truly love and what my Life purpose is in order that I blend it into the next career. As of this date, the latest statement of purpose is: "My purpose is to inspire change with people through the use of creative thought and technologies". I sense that more refinement is coming to this which in turn will lead to having a crystal clear picture of what my new company will look like, offer and who will be involved.

In keeping with a collaborative manner of living Life, I am seeking to form a Mastermind group of people in the Marin county and San Francisco Bay area. I envision a company that interfaces with the wine industry, hospitality, entertainment, technology and wellness so any professionals from these areas are welcome to contact me soon. The intent is to find ways to advance and increase business through a wide array of means of which each demographic is addressed. As you can see, the business concept isn't crystal clear yet, but each day it gets closer.

Meantime, don't forget to remember that Champagne is always great for New Years, but with such a weak dollar has grown very pricey. Therefore, I highly suggest you look into the Italian version (Proseca), or the Spanish version (Cava), also. Then there are many interesting and affordable sparkling wines right here in the US!

Until next time..

Purpose in Life

These past weeks or even months have given way to a deep inquiry. The more closely we look at life AND realize just how much is possible, we are able to vision what's most important. And when we ask for guidance, we receive it, too.

I've been blessed with friends who are of the same mind and in some cases, kick me in the a** in order to have me live a life I love. I've learned many things in the past couple of weeks and will likely learn many more! Most importantly is the fact that I HAVE all the talent, skills, resources and vision to create my Life and now it's simply a matter of focusing, willing it and taking the steps to bring it to Life!

Life is filled with choices and we can always make new ones. Yesterday I ran into a woman I know who has been battling with her ex-husband over child custody and support issues. It has been dominating her Life and she's been drowning in it. I asked her what she really wants, what sort of career would suit her, etc. I also told her to write it down and hold the thought in her mind always as if she had it now. It's her choice as to how or if she will. And we all have the same choices.

My oldest and closest friend made me aware of a great web site, www.freedomeducation.ca Stephen Martile, an ex-engineer turned personal growth coach, has some great information, concepts and tools for growth on this site and I can't say enough great things about it. In particular, if you sign up for his blog, he sends you a pamphlet he wrote entitled " The Genius Within You", which is an amazing tool to learn what you truly love and do develop your Purpose. There is another free book available when you sign up for another newsletter called "The Science of Getting Rich", which is an old, yet amazing book that gave way to the birth of "The Secret". I'm in the middle of it now and am thoroughly into it!!

The point here is simple. Stepping back, taking a look at our Life and coming to realizations is the beginning. Example: I realized I have been like a robot going to an office where there is little if any synergy, doing what I 'think' I'm supposed to be doing but getting little if any results. DOH! On top of it, I don't love it either!! So then the obvious surfaces about two weeks ago: Why go to the office if it's not serving you? I was doing it for social interaction, but the type of interaction is useless. So I don't go any longer..And that's my choice!

It's like the definition of insanity: Doing the same things over and over and expecting different results.

I live my life with Purpose and passion. I hold my vision in my mind KNOWING it WILL come to be. I know what natural talents and skills I possess and use them to make a difference.

That's all for now

Resveratrol.. Is it best from Cab, Merlot or Zin?

Well I bit the bullet a couple of months ago and purchased some Resveratrol.. Since I've been involved with Univera's amazing products (AgelessXtra, MetaGreens, Aloe Gold, Prime, RegeniCARE, etc.), I figured if I'm going to do what I can to reverse aging, why not add Resveratrol!!

While researching it I suddenly wondered what grapes yielded the most potent form of the molecule.. Or maybe there's no such thing! The one thing I DID learn is that Trans Resveratrol is far more bioavailable that simple Resveratrol and that we need to take at least 500mg/day of it. I've been taking it for about 6 weeks and haven't noticed anything significant, though my energy is good all day long. Of course I'm still taking my AgelessXtra twice a day which always boosts my energy..

Onward.

In my normal 'sniffing' around, I recently found a few great Wine Dog buys which are below:

Trader Joe's:

1) 2007 Trentatre 33 Rossso - this is a full bodied blend consisting of 33% each Cab, Merlot and Montepulciano.. Full bodied, round tanins, nice finish.. $5.99 3.8 woofs

2) 2006 VinJD Syrah - Howell Mtn fruit, full bodied, jammy, opaque, classic Syrah.. Great food wine, smooth and luscious.. $8.99 while it lasts 4 woofs

Cost Plus:

1)2006 Lake Sonoma Dry Creek Zinfandel - spicy, rasberry, plum, jammy medium bodied. Normally retails for $17.99, while it lasts $7.88 3.99 woofs

2) 2007 Lake Sonoma Chardonnay - clean, crisp with a little French oak, touch of butter and full bodied.. Normal retail is $20.00, while it lasts $10.99 4 woofs

2) 2007 Firehouse Gueweurtzraminer - spicy, dry, nice finish, classic Gewurtz.. Normally $8.99 but while it lasts, just $3.98!! 3.75 woofs

That's it for now folks.. Please comment, share some thoughts, yell, scream, kick or whatever you like!

Wine Dog Finds and Resveratrol..

Well what a perfect match.. finding a great deal on a boutique Sonoma winery at Trader Joe's, and learning that Univera is going to introduce the world's FIRST stabilized, guaranteed potency Resveratrol product.

And yes, there's a direct connection since Resveratrol is present in the skin of red wine grapes. Dr. Oz continues to appear on TV including "60 Minutes" where the research shows that this molecule could be the Fountain of Youth we've all been searching for! Unigen, our science division has assayed ALL resveratrol products and the results are as we'd expect: almost NO or very little resveratrol in them. And this is due to the instability of the molecule when in the presence of oxygen, much like red wine itself! Somehow or another, Unigen has patented a way to stablize the molecules and thereby guarantee potency. This fits in exactly with Univera's vision for cellular renewal which pushes down on damage and UP on repair. If you're a Wine Dog like me, you'll want Univera's Resveratrol in your daily regime. I can't wait to pick some up at our convention in two weeks!
